DIET

So i have one week to become skinny, that’s impossible, but i’ll try to do as much as i can. 

After this week i’ll do pause to my diet and i’ll try to eat healthy….

15th day of my diet

Today i ate: MUSLY WITH YOGHURT, APPLES, SOME CHOCOLATE :///

Drank: COFFEE, TEA, JUICE

and i really need to do some cardio, because all this week i haven’t been in gym ://// 

shame on me :////

11th day of my diet

This day will be my cheat day, because i’m going to birthday party and there will be a lot of yummy food :DDD. I’ll try to eat as less as I can :)

10th day of my diet

Today i ate:  3 APPLES, TWO SMALL OATS BARS, YOGHURT, FEW SLICES OF MANGO, MANDARIN

Drank: COFFEE WITH MILK, TEA, SOME JUICE

9th day of my diet

Today i ate : ONE GRAPEFRUIT , APPLE, MUSLY AND YOGHURT

I drank: COCACOLA, COFFEE, TEA, WATER

Also i was in the gym 

8th day of my diet

Today i ate: TWO APPLES

I drank: TEA AND WATER

 

sixth day of my diet

So these last two days i ate more than i planed, but mostly ate musly, fruits and vegetables and today i grab some candies… that’s bad, ghrrrrrr… i’m angry at myself :(((((
